Phone Systems

Our Phone Systems provide scalability and simplicity

Netfuse provide IPBX phone systems either for use on the premises or hosted in our datacentre. Based on open source software, we are in full control of all the features you require.

Feature Overview

Hot Desking

Netfuse provide full Hot Desking facilities, allowing users to both move desks, and to also log on to multiple devices at once - such as traditional IP Phones, Cellular phones, and so called PC-based 'softphones'.

‘Early’ Dialling

Using intelligence about the public phone network, Netfuse provides organisations with very rapid dialling. Most systems dial by waiting for users to stop dialling digits. Netfuse systems know exactly when the number is ready for dialling, and can connect calls in under half a second.

Call Queuing

Advanced Call Queuing features are available, such as:

  • Call strategies, or Hunt Groups such as Ring all, Round Robin, and Memory
  • Music on hold
  • Default and operator-controlled call recording
  • Queue duration/position announcements

Caller ID

Netfuse have full caller line identity presentation (CLIP) facilities, and with the proper customer agreements in place, can allow the complete integration and parallel running of existing number ranges by providing CLIP masquerading.

Voicemail

Voicemail services are available with the industry's latest features, such as:

  • Voicemail SMS Updates
  • Voicemail to MMS (audio text messages to mobiles
  • 'Live' Voicemail - listen to callers leaving messages and interrupt if necessary

Line Priviledges

Netfuse provide multi-tiered line priviledges, giving some users access to, for instance, international calls, while providing only a subset of these features to other users.

We needed someone who understood all the available technologies to give us a solution quickly. Netfuse took it in their stride.

IPBX Case Study:

Hybrid IP/ISDN/PSTN Phone System

for Brandwatch

A rapidly expanding business (as of 2011, growing at 20% per month), Brandwatch required us to implement their existing Virgin Media PSTN lines within an IP-based phone system so that they could maintain their existing groups and add new DDIs over IP.

At the same time, we implemented ISDN functionality in the same PBX so that once they had grown into new premises we could deliver the simplicity of call delivery over ISDN to the very same hunt groups they had configured.

Key features that benefit Brandwatch:
  • Rapid scalability;
  • Converged ISDN and IP telecoms;
  • Web-based admin of all features
